Introduction

It is aimed to develop a model that can provide clinical support to physicians in the diagnosis of COVID-19 with open sourced artificial intelligence based software prototyping designed by Inonu University Faculty of Medicine Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics.



A deep learning and video processing based model was created using the videos taken from Ultrasound devices. The developed model can successfully distinguish Lung Ultrasound (LUS) recordings from COVID-19 patients from healthy control, bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia. Thanks to this designed trained model, the classification of COVID-19 can be done with the developed web-based software prototyping.
